Yes, today tactics are changing and this conditional break is used for accumulation, only the tasks will be different – these are largely not energy infrastructure facilities, but, for example, everything related to logistics, preparation of military targets in the context of attempts to disrupt Ukrainian offensive actions… If we are talking about the winter period, then military targets were declared, but the targets were precisely peaceful facilities, civilian and energy infrastructure facilities.
