In cities close to the front line, in the captured part of the Zaporozhye region, Russia is preparing the evacuation of the population.
This was announced by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov on the air of the telethon.
“We cannot yet say that mass evacuation from the Zaporozhye region has begun, but the fact that there is a tendency to start evacuation is a fact,” he said.

According to him, in Energodar, Russians go from house to house and collect “profiles of children” whom they were going to evacuate from May 5 to May 7, and in Tokmak and Molochansk, through loudspeakers, they call on the local population to go to Crimea or Melitopol.
Recall that the section of the front in the Zaporozhye region is called one of the possible directions of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
